THE ROLE
As the Director of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO, serving as a key contributor to the company’s growth and success within the eCommerce industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring alignment between sales initiatives and broader business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in eCommerce merchant services, you will identify and secure new opportunities, build lasting client relationships and drive meaningful revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and execute the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce businesses, leveraging existing connections to expand the company's client base.

Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with the organizations' merchant processing, chargeback mitigation and conversion rate optimization services.

Regularly report sales metrics, pipeline status and market insights to senior leadership.

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities to inform and refine sales strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to increase visibility and build new connections.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS​

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with eCommerce Businesses or Digital Marketing Solutions, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle in a B2b setting with eCommerce businesses.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Bringing an existing book of business or rolodex of established relationships with eCommerce companies is strongly preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

Annual Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
