Regional Account Manager

Remote /  Northeast Region
Full-time

OVERVIEW

Our client has been a trusted name in cleanroom PPE for over 35 years. Their Scientific division manufactures high-quality latex and nitrile gloves used in critical environments — from life sciences and pharma to aerospace and semiconductor. They also offer a full line of head, face and shoe protection.

They're not just about making gloves. R&D is at the heart of everything they do — it's how they stay ahead of the curve in manufacturing, distribution and customer needs.

THE ROLE

This is a growing organization and a great role for someone with a few years of sales experience who's ready to take the next big step. You'll manage a territory with significant opportunity, especially in the life sciences and
cleanroom sectors. If you're a self-starter who enjoys building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships, we'd love to talk.

This role is all about working smart with our clients' distributor partners, supporting end users and driving growth across the Northeast. You'll be part of a collaborative, team-driven, sales culture with room to make your mark.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Drive new business and grow existing accounts through prospecting, outbound calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits.

  • Manage your accounts like a pro: prep, follow-up, CRM updates —the full sales cycle.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with distributors and endusers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Keep a pulse on trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to help guide strategy.

  • Some overnight travel required (we'll keep it reasonable).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Sales experience in life science, cleanroom consumables, pharma, medical device, biotech, or lab supply is a plus — but not a dealbreaker.

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder.

  • Proven ability to hit targets and manage a sales pipeline.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and keeping data accurate.

  • Solid understanding of inventory and forecasting? Even better.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field — or equivalent sales experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Annual Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000

  • Competitive Performance Incentives:   This is a commission driven role

  • Bonus opportunities (quarterly & performance based)

  • Comprehensive Health, Vision & Dental coverage

  • 401k

  • PTO

  • 11 paid holidays

  • Company provided computer

  • Personal Cell Phone Reimbursement

  • Auto allowance for travel

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact towards business growth
