THE ROLE

As we enter the next phase of growth, we are in search of a seasoned and effective leader with an extreme ownership mentality. This key position involves overseeing and executing the vision and operations of our rapidly expanding business. They will be a critical partner to the President in formulating best practices while developing and implementing an operational structure that is aligned with companys’ overall goals, strategies, and objectives.The ideal candidate has a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the organization, working closely with CEO and other members of the leadership team to achieve the company's strategic objectives

  • Develop and implement an overarching revenue optimization strategy that aligns with our company's mission and objectives

  • Monitor the performance of the organization against key metrics and targets. Develop performance dashboards and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify and address risks proactively within the organization

  • Conduct thorough audits of workplace processes and implement strategies and technologies to enhance efficiency, profitability and communication

  • Communicate company policies and operational procedures to all personnel

  • Prepare comprehensive operational, budgetary, financial, and productivity reports for presentation to the President and key stakeholders

  • Conduct research to assess and evaluate potential expansion opportunities

 

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS​

​

  • 10+ years Operations experience within organization(s) from the eCommerce, Digital Marketing or related space

  • Strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in developing and managing cohesive, high-performing teams

  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and simplify complex concepts and ideas

  • Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) preferred

  • BS/BA college degree required, MBA preferred
